Biosignals turned into pitch, scale, and timbre.

A Python toolbox that blends neuroscience, music theory, and signal processing to extract harmonic structure from time series. It quantifies resonance, harmonicity, and oscillatory relationships across EEG, ECG, EMG, environmental signals, and more, with spectral decomposition, harmonic ratio analysis, waveform-shape metrics, cross-modal coupling, and real-time use.
The Biotuner Engine is its web front end. Upload or stream a time series, explore its resonance profile, harmonic ratios, peak-based tunings, and derived rhythms, then export tunings to musical systems or biofeedback installations.
Its modules include harmonic_geometry, for pure numerical harmonic geometry, and evolve, an evolutionary layer using NSGA-II and MAP-Elites over harmonicity and process metrics.
